What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming guests with charm, sass, or both.
• Serving food and drinks like you mean it.
• Shaking cocktails, pouring beers, and dodging elbows.
• Teaming up with our chef to make service smoother than our wine.
• Keeping the vibe warm, the service sharp, and the receipts correct.

• Curious travelers, laid-back locals, and that one guy who’s really into sourdough.
• A fast-paced restaurant where the playlist slaps and the service never sleeps.

• You’ve got hospitality in your soul and stories in your apron pocket.

• You speak Dutch, English, and just enough body language to mime “Yes, that’s vegan.”

• You’ve got at least 2 years of experience in hospitality and a thick skin.
• You’re based in (or near) Amsterdam and know your way around a tray.
