We are looking for a BAR TENDER / WAITER
Your main responsibility is to ensure that every guest has a fantastic experience out the door.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
● Host/hostess; receiving guests and providing top service.
● Work closely with the Restaurant Manager by evaluating and adjusting on a daily basis.
● Enter sales, daily statements and tips
● Personnel organization: planning (schedules), time registration and training.
● Handling requests and (group) reservations via e-mail and online manage reservation system.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
● At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
● Speaks and writes Dutch and English fluently
● Living in the Amsterdam region.
● Wine knowledge and passion for gastronomy is preferred
● An enterprising and commercial attitude
● Familiar with systems such as Lightspeed, Moneybird and Formitable is an advantage.

We are looking for a line cook
In this role, it’s’ your responsibility to ensure quality food every day. To achieve the best requires
an excellent control over the operation, the kitchen materials and a critical control of the quality
of the products delivered and all the dishes that leave the pass.
management and communication skills, a critical eye, a big sense of responsibility and a
hands-on mentality are examples of skills and qualities we look for in our chef.
JOB DESCRIPTION
● Setting up and stocking food items and other necessary supplies.
● Preparing food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
● Cooking, grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and
standards.
● Maintaining cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly
handling food and ensuring correct storage (HACCP and BHV preferred)
● Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
● Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
● You experienced with working in a kitchen and kitchen team
● You know the regulations regarding hygiene and food safety (HACCP) and you ensure
that these standards are adhered to
● You are a stress-resistant team player
● You have excellent social skills
● You have a great sense of responsibility and are critical
● You are available at flexible times: evening and weekend shifts are part of it
● You live in Amsterdam or the surrounding area (pre)
● You speak and write Dutch and English well
